Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Designer to shape advisor-facing digital experiences within the Private Bank. The role focuses on executing UX/UI design, collaborating with business tech partners and other designers to translate financial journeys into intuitive solutions that empower advisors and clients.

You will continue to evolve design systems, deliver high-quality assets and prototypes, and advocate for accessible, user-centered design across complex authenticated environments.

Qualifications

• Portfolio link required in resume (passwords if protected).
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in experience or product design with track record of scalable digital products.
• Experience in consumer or financial services or regulated data-dense environments.
• Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments (secure portals, dashboards).
• CRM experience is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and influence across stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with multiple PMs and leadership.
• Proficiency in Figma and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/UI design for digital products within Private Bank, translating complex financial challenges into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications with strong craft.
• Design system uplift to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products.
• Collaborate with multiple product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Present and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices.
