TE Connectivity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Sockets product portfolio within the Data and Devices Business Unit. This fully remote role, ideally West Coast-based, collaborates with Sales, FAE, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing across regions to drive growth and competitive advantage.

The candidate should have strong product management experience in data centers or interconnect markets, with a proven ability to develop roadmaps, engage customers, and manage budgets and launches

Qualificações

• Experience in Product Management, Business Development, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience in data centers, servers, switches, high-speed interconnects, connectors, or semiconductor-related markets preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline with 12 years of related experience
• MBA degree preferred with 8 years of related experience
• Ability to work effectively across global time zones, including participation in early morning and late evening meetings and customer calls

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Develop product roadmaps that align with strategy and evolving market requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to support decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships as applicable.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to optimize product footprint strategies.
• Define resources required to execute the product roadmap and business strategy.
• Establish and execute target cost and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Sales to maximize market share and customer engagement.
• Develop annual operating plans with revenue and margin targets.
• Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives and monitor progress.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to close performance gaps.
• Champion new product opportunities and manage development programs.
• Negotiate and manage key commercial terms, including NRE and pricing.
• Work with customers, account teams, and engineering to craft solutions.
• Develop business cases and obtain CER approvals.
• Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing activities
