Senior Product Manager – User Experience

Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager leads cross‑functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) to define, deliver, and iterate innovative healthcare solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business value. The role owns new product development, translates complex regulatory and licensing requirements into market‑ready solutions, and collaborates closely with executive stakeholders to shape the product vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop product strategy and positioning for license management, regulatory workflows, and compliance‑driven use cases.
• Influence executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering on vision, priorities, and trade‑offs.
• Build trust and credibility by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market sizing (TAM, SAM), competitive analysis, and evaluate regulatory complexity to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Formulate and test hypotheses using customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation to validate problem statements and reduce solution risk.
• Lead discovery with UX through qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs and pain points.
• Establish and track key business and product metrics (retention, activation, engagement, revenue impact, license completeness, renewal success, regulatory coverage).
• Work with engineering and UX teams to break down complex problems into iterative solutions and development milestones.
• Provide business and market context to the development team.
• Define clear, measurable outcomes and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for clarity and execution alignment.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment for on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate demos for technical and business stakeholders.
• Create product documentation, including release notes, FAQs, and launch briefs.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop commercialization strategies and ensure strong adoption.
• Define release criteria, instrumentation plans, and success metrics to ensure product quality and measurable impact.
• Conduct post‑launch analysis and iteration cycles to continuously improve the product.
• Mentor teammates and improve product management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 9+ years of product management experience in SaaS and/or healthcare.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions that solve business problems and assess risk using data.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and leaders across the organization.
• Experience with agile development, UX, and customer discovery.
• Experience with feature, business planning, and go‑to‑market of new products.
• Understanding of sales, engineering, and marketing internal requirements.
• Knowledge of contemporary technologies applicable to healthcare business problems.
• Self‑motivated, can work with minimal supervision and drive results across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influence.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize Generative AI use cases based on capabilities and limitations.
