Shared Success Center in Minnesota is seeking a Product Manager to own components of the HomeServices Technology Platform. You will execute the product vision, drive feature development, and ensure delivery that meets user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities include backlog management, user stories, Agile ceremonies, discovery, metrics, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology and 3+ years PM experience required; real estate experience

Qualificações

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• Experience with prototyping and A/B testing preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Figma is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to translate priorities into actionable product plans.
• Manage the product backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct discovery to gather user feedback and identify improvements.
• Track and report product performance metrics; recommend enhancements based on data insights.
• Analyze and optimize user funnels to improve conversion and product performance.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer via qualitative and quantitative research.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform decisions.
• Work with internal business units to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates on product progress, timelines, and risks.
• Document product requirements and maintain clear communication across teams.
