Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Intelligent Experience Platform (IXP) to lead platform strategy and drive the roadmap for core capabilities like Docs and Print from Boulder. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud enterprise software.
• 5+ years driving business influence with senior partners and cross-organizational teams.
• 5+ years leading cross-team collaboration with engineering, design and product leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core platform capabilities across one or more IXP products (Docs, Print, others).
• Lead migration from legacy systems to modern API-accessible services.
• Build the business case for investments, translating tech work into business value.
• Represent the platform to partner teams and align requirements with product strategy.
• Use data to drive decisions, measure usage, and prioritize investments.
