Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to bridge enterprise digital capabilities with the guest-facing conversational platform. Based in Downtown Miami, this full-time role leads cross-functional teams across eCommerce, Digital, Onboard, Loyalty, and Revenue Management to deliver scalable integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred; or equivalent experience.
7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in platform, integration, or API product roles.
Proven experience driving adoption of platform capabilities across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

Catalog and update a comprehensive inventory of digital capabilities.
Prioritize capability adoption based on guest impact and revenue potential.
Own the near-term product roadmap and drive platform integration with enterprise services.
Define and maintain integration standards and data requirements for partner teams.
