Job summary

First American Trust is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution in the real estate banking space. You will partner with business and engineering teams to translate customer insights into measurable outcomes, including payments workflows across ACH, wires, and real-time rails.

You’ll lead Agile teams, prioritize features, define roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value while balancing risk and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years directly related experience in product or service development.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile product management.
• Experience working with strategic partners and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
• Lead alignment among stakeholders on product priorities.
• Drive vision and delivery of features to support growth and strategy.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and detailed requirements.
