Job summary

Signifyd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our authorization optimization product area, where payments and fraud decisioning meet. You will own authorization rate improvement for legitimate transactions, set strategy, prioritize high-value opportunities, and drive delivery across capability teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role with roadmap ownership.
• Hands-on payments product experience including 3DS, PSD2/SCA frameworks.
• Experience writing detailed technical specs and defining APIs with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the authorization optimization roadmap end-to-end.
• Determine build/partner/influence with issuers and other stakeholders.
• Write detailed technical specs, user stories, and manage the backlog with engineering.
• Define and evolve APIs and data models connecting merchants, PSPs, issuers, and our platform.
• Identify and develop partnerships that expand coverage and deliver measurable value.
• Build issuer/BIN intelligence and recovery-focused metrics to prioritize revenue.
• Drive issuer-specific decisioning and intelligent routing improvements.
• Collaborate with data science to balance approvals with fraud risk.
• Demonstrate measurable uplift and merchant value through proofs and reporting.
• Partner with sales and customer success to capture merchant feedback into the roadmap.
• Stay current on card network rules and industry practice to sharpen requirements.
