Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Payment Infrastructure & Platform Expansion in the US. You will define and execute the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and delivery for next-generation payment processing infrastructure and ecosystem growth.

The role drives expansion through gateway integrations, processor/acquirer certifications, and tokenization, while modernizing the platform with microservices, event-driven orchestration, and scalable processing services to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in payments/fintech/platform products.
• Experience managing payment gateways, processors, acquiring relationships, networks, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystem, authorization, settlement, tokenization, and CNP payments.
• Experience leading large-scale software initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for payment infrastructure and platform modernization.
• Lead expansion through gateway integrations, certifications, and network capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Operations, and partners to deliver payment solutions.
• Enable API-first, cloud-native approaches and scalable transaction processing services.
