Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We seek a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Patient Growth team, driving multi-channel acquisition and re-engagement at scale.

You will partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to iterate MVPs, optimize enrollment, and reduce churn. This role supports nationwide US operations and reports to the VP of Product & Data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in consumer products with end-to-end growth ownership.
• Ability to design and execute full-funnel strategies (acquisition, activation, retention).
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building products that blend digital and human-delivered services or free consumer products.
• Experience with AI/LLMs or voice-enabled products is a plus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the full-funnel growth strategy for patient acquisition, activation, and re-engagement.
• Invent and scale new growth funnels to improve enrollment and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, marketing, and data science.
