Job summary

Open Home Foundation is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ideally based in Europe, to lead the Ecosystem projects (ESPHome, Music Assistant, Voice & Assist, Sendspin). The role spans multiple projects and demands coordinating with UX, engineers, and open-source contributors worldwide.

You will shape product vision, balance community needs with strategy, and drive adoption with access to UX and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering value to users as a product manager.
• 3+ years of experience shaping strategy and vision for a product.
• Meaningful experience with full autonomy, and iterative development/releasing.
• Proficiency in working with multi-disciplinary teams (UX designers and engineers).
• Proficiency in communication, able to adapt the message to the audience.
• Comfort with public speaking during workshops, meetups, livestreams, etc.
• Professional Fluency in English.
• European Residency: currently based and eligible to work within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of product visions and strategies for your assigned product(s).
• Execute your product vision by delivering opportunities with engineers and designers.
• Join day-to-day product development activities to get the job done.
• Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and commercial partners.
• Involve our worldwide community from discovery to delivery and monitor feedback channels.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and commercial partners (e.g., hardware launches with software features).
