• Understanding of regulatory and privacy considerations in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for Next Best Action (NBA) and align it with data-driven goals.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering to shape problem framing and evaluation metrics.
• Own experimentation and measurement strategy for recommendations, including A/B tests and feedback loops.
• Ensure data foundations are solid with Data Engineering for access and quality.
