You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap, partner with Data Science and ML Engineering, and drive experimentation and responsible AI within a large, matrixed healthcare environment.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, design thinking, and delivering MVPs that improve outcomes for patients, providers, and plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience with data, AI, and machine learning concepts in healthcare.
• Experience with experimentation and quantitative decision-making.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Next Best Action strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering to shape problem framing and success criteria.
• Design and run experiments including A/B tests and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering on data foundations and integration.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory/privacy compliance.
• Align stakeholders across a large matrixed organization.
• Communicate roadmap priorities to leadership.
• Apply design thinking to solve complex problems and drive MVP delivery.
