Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience in healthcare or data-driven environments.
• Experience leading AI/ML-enabled product initiatives, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong foundation in experimentation (A/B tests) and quantitative decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with data science, ML engineering, UX, and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory considerations, and patient/program contexts.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and how to apply them in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for the Next Best Action initiative end-to-end.
• Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering to shape problem framing and evaluation metrics.
• Own experimentation and measurement strategies for recommendations, including A/B tests.
• Align stakeholders across a matrixed org and translate business goals into a roadmap.
• Ensure data foundations are robust and accessible for the recommendation engine.
