McKesson’s CoverMyMeds Shared Capabilities and Partnerships product team seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Next Best Action initiative. Define what “best” means, partner with Data Science/ML Eng, and drive measurement while aligning stakeholders in a large matrixed organization.

You will own end-to-end strategy, shape signals/workflows, and ensure responsible AI with healthcare regulatory compliance, delivering MVPs and customer co-innovation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare PM experience or familiarity with Agile.
• Fluency in data, AI, and ML concepts.
• Experience defining and using experimentation (A/B testing).
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Technical competency with data/analytics or AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Define signals and workflows for the recommendation engine.
• Partner with Data Science and ML Eng to shape framing and evaluation metrics.
• Own the experimentation and measurement strategy for recommendations.
• Partner with Data Engineering on data foundations and integration.
• Champion responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
