Responsibilities

• Manage a molecular biology product portfolio and ensure commercial success.
• Develop and implement annual tactical marketing plan to grow sales.
• Support outbound marketing via email, search, and social media platforms.
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns with Digital Marketing; analyze effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Partner with R&D on product life cycle decisions; launches, discontinuations, improvements.
• Develop sales support tools: presentations, battle cards, testimonials, citations.
• Capture VOC from surveys, discovery calls, and customer visits to inform content.
• Collaborate with Sales to fill the sales funnel and gather customer feedback.
• Lead regular tactical marketing meetings to track sales and budget.
• Mentor junior PMs; may supervise team members.
