Takara Bio USA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Molecular Biology portfolio. The role centers on guiding products through their life cycle, launching new offerings, and shaping pricing, positioning, and market strategy to drive growth.

You will trainSales teams, develop compelling marketing content, and coordinate with R&D, operations, and marketing. The position emphasizes strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and hands‑on leadership, with travel about 15%.

Formación

• PhD in biological sciences or related field; 3+ years post‑graduate lab experience; MS will be considered.
• At least 6 years of product management experience in life sciences.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio strategy, market analysis, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a molecular biology product portfolio and ensure commercial success.
• Develop and implement the annual tactical marketing plan to grow sales.
• Support outbound marketing using email, search, and social media platforms.
• Plan integrated campaigns with Digital Marketing and analyze effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D on launches, discontinuations, and product improvements.
• Develop sales tools: presentations, battle cards, testimonials, and citations.
• Capture VOC via surveys, discovery calls, and visits for content creation.
• Work with Sales to fill the funnel and gather customer feedback.
• Lead regular marketing meetings and train junior team members.
