Job summary

Capital One’s Finance Product & Data Solutions (FPDS) team leads strategy and delivery of scalable data platforms. This role sits in the Capital Markets & Analytics Product group, shaping models used to manage risk and inform decisions across Finance and the firm.

The Manager, Product Management will partner with Quant, Treasury, Technology, and Data teams to align on priorities, drive end-to-end delivery, and measure usability and impact in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, ME, Information Systems) or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with partners across model development, risk management, and Treasury desks to understand needs from modeling tools.
• Translate business requirements for model development, testing, and deployment with Quant and Treasury teams.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to iterate on solutions for high-priority needs.
• Prioritize initiatives, sequence features, and deliver end-to-end capabilities.
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops to measure usability and impact.
