Job summary

Capital One’s FPDS team leads product strategy across finance, data, risk and technology to deliver scalable platforms and trusted reporting. You will own forecasting products used by CFO teams to evaluate historical performance, forecast future results, and guide LOB leadership on regulatory implications of strategic decisions.

Collaboration with partners is essential. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, Risk and Technology, requiring ambiguity tolerance and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field; expected by start date.
• At least 3 years in Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Embed with partners across Finance, Data, and Technology to understand forecasting needs.
• Translate business requirements into forecast development and analysis activities.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, FP&A, Controllers, and Analyst teams to ensure alignment.
• Prioritize initiatives and sequence development of capabilities for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Establish success metrics and iterate based on feedback.
