Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Finance Product & Data Solutions team, shaping platforms used for risk, analytics, and reporting. You will collaborate with Quant, Treasury, and cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into scalable, governed solutions that support informed decision-making and capital planning.

The role emphasizes balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution in a high-impact finance environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
Alternative: Bachelor's with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
Preferred: translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

Embed with partners across quant model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury desks to understand user pain points and outcomes from modeling tools.
Translate business requirements to enable model development, testing, and deployment in collaboration with users and end customers.
Work with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to develop and iterate on solutions for high priority needs.
Drive alignment by prioritizing initiatives, sequencing capabilities, and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess usability, adoption, and impact, iterating based on feedback.
