A leading company is seeking an App Experience PM to enhance the Uber Eats customer experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive product growth and improve user engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product management and a strong passion for user experience.
About the Role
In this role as an App Experience PM, you will own core elements of the Uber Eats customer experience, and partner with teams across the company to power new product growth and adoption. Ranging from helping launch new verticals, educating users, and partnering for new user journeys, this PM role is the hub for how we connect Eaters with the right food and essentials for them on the Uber Eats App.
You will help define the user experience for some of the most critical messaging and engagement surfaces in the Eats app, support the development of advanced targeting and personalization systems, and ultimately increase the ways Uber Eats supports customers around the world with their food and household needs as they adopt more of our services. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assimilating the business needs of a variety of stakeholders, and combining them with the needs of our consumers to create a delightful and effective in-app experience.
You will work with partners in design, research, and data science teams - and across product teams within the company - in order to understand customer needs. You will then design holistic solutions to address them. As a result, your work will touch millions of Eaters a day, including the experiences of your friends and family.
