We have a long-term contract opportunity for a Product Manager for our client in San Francisco, CA!

Location: Remote

Pay: $45 to $50 hourly W2 DOE

Duration: approximately 1 year

Job Description:

• Partner with Engineering: Attend standups to advance stories and assist with blockers under guidance from senior product manager.

• User Support: Triage tickets/questions, answer basic functionality and roadmap inquiries, open Jira tickets for requests, discern technical questions for escalation, and direct product questions to senior PDM.

• Manage ServiceNow Tickets: Track progress, communicate weekly to minimize outreach regarding tickets.

• Training & Documentation: Assist with documentation, maintain resources, and help with requirements documentation.

• Business Ownership (growth opportunity): As experience grows, may take ownership of entire initiatives.

Estimated Rate Range: $35.00 - $50.00
