Job summary

Cantata Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead medication management and behavioral health workflows in a remote environment. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate clinical needs into technical requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance across HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in EHR product management with clinical experience in medication management, plus strong leadership and analytical capabilities to drive complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (experience may substitute for education).
• 7+ years' experience in a product manager role for an EHR, with strong preference for medication management; active or inactive RN or PharmD licensure strongly preferred, with hands-on clinical experience in medication management workflows.
• Familiarity with acute care settings and their distinct medication administration workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading and independently executing complex, customer-facing product initiatives that increase conversion and drive strategic outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate clinical needs into technical product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze customer requirements and workflows, industry trends, and standards to guide product development.
• Document functional and technical specifications with engineering to translate needs into features.
• Benchmark products against competitors to identify high-impact improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation for internal teams supporting implementation and development.
• Lead stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, and rollout.
