Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead math products across the full lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management - Math. The role focuses on customer insights, market research, and data-driven roadmaps to improve learning outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations to turn coherent product strategy into classroom-ready solutions, with a bias toward evidence over opinion.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education publishing or K-12 edtech, with a track record of success in product management and digital development.
• Experience gathering and synthesizing user research, product analytics, and market data to drive decisions.
• Strong alignment to philosophy and pedagogy of Great Minds’ knowledge-building vision.

Responsibilities

• Own products in the math portfolio end to end, developing vision, roadmap, scope, and release plans.
• Lead discovery, research, and evidence-based decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Drive alignment across Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations.
• Own post-launch performance and inform roadmap with usage/retention metrics.
