Qualifications

• Must have hands-on development background before product management.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or similar.
• Strong familiarity with B2B enterprise SaaS software, ideally in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proven experience with low-code/no-code application or workflow automation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing solution architecture during the implementation phase, translating complex business requirements into tangible solutions using the existing configurations.
• Consultative implementation guiding on how to solve operational problems without custom code development.
• Lead low-code platform configurations to demonstrate, guide, and help configure tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams for a seamless implementation lifecycle.
• Collect and convey customer feedback to engineering and product teams to influence the roadmap.
• Develop and maintain solution design templates, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing configuration guides.

We are seeking an experienced and technically-astute SeniorProduct Manager based in New Jersey. In this role, you'll be the bridgebetween our customers' needs and our platform's capabilities. You'll beresponsible for front-ending customer implementation requests, guiding them onhow to solve complex business challenges using the existing setup. The idealcandidate will have a mandatory prior development background and deepexperience with low-code agent and application building platforms toeffectively architect and communicate configurations. Candidates havingimplementation background in ERP and procurement systems will be a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Customer-FacingSolution Architecture: Serve as the primary product expert forcustomers during the implementation phase, translating complex businessrequirements into tangible solutions using our B2B procurement suite'sexisting configurations.
• ConsultativeImplementation: Analyze customer needs and provide prescriptive,consultative guidance on how to solve their specific operational problemswithout relying on custom code development.
• Low-CodePlatform Champion: Leverage your hands-on expertise in low-code agentand application-building platforms to demonstrate, guide, and helpconfigure tailored solutions.
• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Engineering,Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure a seamlessimplementation lifecycle.
• FeedbackLoop Integration: Gather, synthesize, and advocate for customerfeedback and implementation friction points back to core engineering andplatform product teams to influence the future roadmap.
• Documentation& Enablement: Develop and maintain high-quality solution designtemplates, internal knowledge base articles, and customer-facingconfiguration guides.

Required Qualifications

• PriorDevelopment Background is a MUST: You must have hands-on experience asa software developer, engineer, or technical architect before moving intoproduct management.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutionsengineering, or a highly technical customer-facing systems implementationrole.
• DomainExpertise: Strong familiarity with B2B enterprise SaaS software,ideally within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• TechnicalAcumen: Proven experience working with and implementingenterprise-scale solutions using low-code/no-code application or workflowautomation platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to conceptualize complex workflows and "workwithin the box" of existing platform capabilities to meet uniquecustomer demands.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with a track record ofexplaining highly technical configurations to both business executives anddevelopers.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relatedtechnical discipline.

PreferredQualifications

• AgentBuilding Platforms: Direct, hands-on experience with emerging low-codeplatforms specializing in autonomous agent building, LLM/AI workflows, andprocess automation.
• Fast-PacedEnvironments: Experience managing enterprise implementations orplatform products within a rapid-growth SaaS or digital consultingenvironment.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
