Job summary

Twitch in New York is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own end-to-end product, design, and technology for a relevant and compliant advertising experience. You will report to the Director of Product on the Monetization team from a hub in NYC or other U.S. locations.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner across Amazon, and drive customer-focused monetization initiatives for premium live content and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies and roadmaps
• Advocacy for the needs of end-users and advertisers
• Conduct product experiments with in-depth performance analysis and translate ideas into impact

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a bold customer-focused product strategy for premium, live content on Twitch.
• Collaborate with engineering, science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap.
• Partner with teams within Twitch and Amazon to build content IP relationships.
• Gather feedback from customers and analyze data to identify pain points and prioritize features.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to optimize addressable inventory and drive improvements.
• Contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy for the product.
• Own launches by coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams.
