Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product, design, and technology for a premium, live content advertising experience. You’ll lead monetization, sharing, and community aspects of that content.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across engineering, policy, operations, and business stakeholders to define a bold roadmap and launch plan that delivers value for viewers, creators, and advertisers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager.
• Advocacy of the needs of customers including end-users and advertisers.
• Run product experiments with in-depth product performance analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Translating product ideas into expected impact.
• 2+ years working in sports, live events, and/or streaming TV content.
• Experience working on content monetization including IP rights management.
• Experience in building ad products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product, design, and technology required to ensure an advertising experience for Twitch end customers.
• Define and execute a product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with other teams and Amazon to build and execute on content IP relationships.
• Learn from customer feedback, behavior, and data to identify pain points and build the right features over time.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to drive optimization of addressable inventory.
• Own launches by partnering with engineering, marketing and other teams to maximize outcomes of the team’s work.
