Job summary

Twitch, a leading live streaming platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives for premium live content and monetization. The role reports to the Director of Product on the Monetization team in New York.

You will define a bold product strategy, collaborate across engineering, policy, and business stakeholders, and drive launches that maximize value for viewers, creators, and advertisers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager
• Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies and roadmaps
• Proven ability to advocate for customers including end-users and advertisers
• Experience in sports, live events, and/or streaming TV content

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership for premium live content on Twitch
• Lead development and execution of product strategy and roadmap

Job description

• This content team’s goal is to engage viewers by providing entertaining content that allows organic communities to form and interact. We are looking for a product leader with experience leading product initiatives from concept to successful launch, especially in the premium content space, including sports, live events, and streaming TV
• As a Senior Product Manager at Twitch, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the products, design, and technology required to ensure end customers have a relevant and compliant Twitch advertising experience. You’ll report to a Director of Product on the Monetization team
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgment, a demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and products, and the ability to work independently across teams to deliver on behalf of customers
• Lead the development and execution of a bold, customer-focused product strategy and vision for premium, live content on Twitch, including monetization, sharing, and community building
• Collaborate with engineering, science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders to define and execute a product roadmap
• Partner with teams and business development counterparts within Twitch and Amazon to build and execute content IP relationships
• Use customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to identify pain points and ensure the right features are built over time
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of addressable inventory, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization
• Contribute to engineering discussions about product-related technology decisions and strategy
• Own launches by partnering with engineering, marketing, and other teams to maximize the outcomes of the team’s work
