Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own premium, live content products end-to-end, including monetization, sharing, and community-building features. You will report to a Director of Product on the Monetization team and collaborate across engineering, policy, and business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working in sports, live events, and/or streaming TV content.
• Experience translating product ideas into expected impact.
• Experience running product experiments with in-depth product performance analysis.
• Experience defining 1–2 year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated advocacy for the needs of customers, including end users and advertisers.
• Experience building ad products.

Responsibilities

• Own launches by partnering with engineering, marketing, and other teams to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Partner with teams and business development counterparts at Twitch and Amazon to build and execute content IP relationships.
• Use customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to identify pain points and ensure the right features are built over time.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to measure the impact of addressable inventory, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization.
• Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy and vision for premium, live content on Twitch, including its monetization, sharing, and community-building aspects.
