Location: Remote (USA only — PST hours preferred) with some office travel required.
Annual salary: USD 125,000 - USD 200,000.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle, to drive Engagement, Retention, and long-term Lifetime Value strategies for our growing customer base. As the first Product Manager on the team, you will have the opportunity to establish the discipline while addressing key opportunities. You should be curious, analytical, creative, and willing to experiment.
The Product Manager will collaborate with game development, CRM, growth, marketing, community, and platform teams to provide data-driven insights into retention and engagement strategies aligned with business goals. Your work will focus on leveraging content, events, product features, and full funnel strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
