Job summary

IDEX Health & Science in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to own a section of the fluidic connections portfolio—from ideation to lifecycle management. You will coordinate across Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to drive pricing, go-to-market plans, and portfolio optimization.

A strategic, customer-focused leader will translate market needs into clear product strategy and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field (engineering, sciences).
• 4+ years of Product Management experience including a product launch.
• Experience in medical or life science fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in fluidic analytical instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for connections, including roadmap development and execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on New Product Development (NPD).
• Conduct VOC research and market needs analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies and commercialization planning.
• Monitor product performance across key metrics and drive improvements.
