Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and job-related experience.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud software products with significant customer-facing UI/UX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into product solutions and priorities.
• Develop a cohesive product vision and roadmap for software products and communicate that roadmap effectively.
• Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, sales & marketing, and customer success to prioritize the product backlog and create product requirements.
• Generate Product Requirements for implementation by the software engineering team and iterate on those requirements based on feedback.
• Provide inputs to and manage UI and UX design processes in partnership with the Design team.
• Represent the customer experience and identify gaps; generate ideas to improve existing products and attract new customers.
• Serve as a cross-functional point of contact and communicate decisions clearly.
• Visit customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
