Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to own KYB and compliance product strategy. You will partner with global vendors, compliance and operations to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for corporate users and oversee end-to-end product execution with engineering and design teams.

You’ll need 5+ years in product management, strong stakeholder skills, and a hands-on approach to AI/ML adoption in a fintech context. This remote-facing role supports international markets and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Experience building products for international markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across teams.
• User-focused mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus for liaising with overseas partners.
• Familiarity with blockchain/fintech is advantageous.

• Independently own product strategy and execution for KYB and compliance-related projects end to end.
• Collaborate with global KYB vendors to build a state-of-the-art KYB and verification platform.
• Work with compliance and operations to enable superior onboarding experiences for corporate users.
• Collaborate with product, engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders and drive the product roadmap.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to design and deploy scalable models to streamline KYB processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the product strategy and execution for products related to KYB and other compliance-related projects end to end
• Collaborate with global KYB vendors to build the state-of-the-art KYB and verification platform using cutting-edge technology
• Work closely with compliance and operational teams to enable superior KYB onboarding experiences for our corporate users
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high quality product is built
• Prioritize feedback from users/internal stakeholders (e.g. compliance, legal, operation, data etc.), make difficult trade-offs, and drive the product roadmap
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models streamline KYB process

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Experience in building products for international markets
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• User-focused and product-driven mindset
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects
• Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus to liaise with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology or fin-tech sector is a plus
