Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Invoicing experience—dashboard, builder, and payer flow. You will collaborate with the existing PM to expand features while preserving simplicity for growing customers, balancing backlog priorities, and driving adoption.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and other Mercury teams, owning end-to-end delivery and learning new domains quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping money-movement products.
• Strong judgment to prioritize a full backlog and explain why.
• Passion for customer conversations and translating feedback into product ideas.
• Attention to detail: invoices involve money and accuracy matters.
• Low-friction ownership from problem to launch and iteration.
• Ability to align multiple cross-functional stakeholders around a plan.
• Ability to learn a new domain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Mercury Invoicing across dashboard, builder and payer experience.
• Talk to customers and prospects, turning insights into next steps.
• Address a backlog including accounting integrations, invoice templates, credits and promos.
• Keep the product simple while increasing power as customers scale.
• Identify where AI can meaningfully improve getting paid without hype.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and other teams including Mercury Books.
• Grow the business via active users, feature adoption and retention.
