Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with money-moving products.
• Strong product judgment to prioritize a large backlog and explain decisions.
• Proven ability to talk to customers and translate feedback into loved products.
• Close attention to detail—invoices are money and accuracy matters.
• High agency with end-to-end ownership from problem to launch and iteration.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Mercury Invoicing across the dashboard, builder, and payer experience.
• Talk to customers and prospects to derive clear next steps.
• Tackle a backlog of customer-needs like accounting integrations, templates, credits, promos, and more.
• Keep the product simple while making it more powerful as customers scale.
• Identify where AI can improve the payments flow without hype.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, PMM, Support, Sales, Risk, and other product teams.
