Job summary

Mercury Invoicing Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end invoicing experience, including the dashboard, invoice builder, and payer flow. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and other product teams to simplify the product while expanding capabilities to support growing customer needs.

You will translate customer feedback into concrete roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and explore AI-enabled improvements that make getting paid faster and more reliable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in money-movement products
• Strong judgment to prioritize a large backlog and explain choices
• Passion for talking to customers and turning feedback into product features
• Close attention to detail; invoicing accuracy is critical for businesses
• End-to-end ownership from problem definition to launch and iteration
• Ability to partner with engineering, design and data science across teams
• Ability to quickly learn a new domain and apply it to product strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Mercury Invoicing across dashboard, builder and payer experiences
• Talk to customers and prospects, translating feedback into actionable steps
• Tackle a backlog of customer-identified needs: templates, credits, promos, integrations
• Keep the product simple yet powerful as customer businesses scale
• Identify where AI can improve getting paid without chasing hype
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science and multiple product teams
