Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• Track record of owning an existing product and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong prioritization judgment with clear rationale.
• Experience writing requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Data-driven mindset; work with analysts to define metrics and inform decisions.
• Able to discuss architecture, constraints, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team and leadership.
• Adaptable and composed when priorities shift mid-stream.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for an established internal platform and build knowledge of users, history, and technical landscape.
• Own the near-term roadmap while contributing to long-term vision.
• Uncover customer and business needs through user conversations and data insights.
• Prioritize the backlog with clear trade-offs about what to build now, defer, or drop.
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria and share accountability with engineers.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer to validate concepts before development.
• Work with the data team to define success metrics and instrument features.
• Adjust plans quickly when priorities change and re-plan with engineers.
• Communicate product direction, progress, and decisions across the organization.
• Spot opportunities for new products and extensions and evaluate them.
