Job summary

KarmaCheck is the leader in modern background checks and screenings, building AI-driven workflow automations and integrations with Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday. This role focuses on bringing these products to market inside customer systems and defining the integration roadmap with partners.

You will own API-first integrations, work with partner teams, guide implementation with customers, and shape developer experience across our public API, ensuring scalable, reliable connections for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with integrations or platform products.
• Experience owning partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a project.
• Strong presentation skills with customers, including selling value to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency to work with APIs, webhooks, data models and error handling.
• Ability to translate customer/partner input into clear requirements.
• Comfort collaborating with external partner teams to influence roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own integration strategy for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday integrations.
• Manage API surface, data flows, statuses, errors, and documentation quality.
• Lead customer-facing implementation scoping and discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to bring AI agents to market.
• Support Implementation and Support teams with tooling and enablement.
