Job summary

TriNet is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive the development of a next-generation integration ecosystem within our Atlanta-based team. You will shape product strategy, generate requirements, define specifications, build roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive implementation.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with integrations, identity and API products in enterprise SaaS, collaborating with partners, customers, and developers to deliver robust APIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years in product roles (PM, Solution Architect, or BA).
  • Experience turning business requirements into technical solutions for value.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine the vision and strategy for Integration products.
  • Document requirements from concept to production.
  • Build and manage roadmaps and partnerships to drive implementation.
  • Deliver an integration product roadmap with clear ROI and differentiation.
  • Identify opportunities to onboard partners and expand integrations/APIs.
  • Prioritize backlog to meet agile timelines and business goals.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to improve metrics.
  • Develop public-facing docs and integration guides; coordinate launches.

TriNet is seeking a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our next‑generation integration ecosystem product. The role includes responsibility for developing product strategies, generating product requirements; determining specifications, building, and managing road maps, and working closely with a cross‑functional team of partners to drive implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Integration, identity and API products in enterprise SaaS companies and collaborating with partners, customers, and the development team to deliver and manage APIs and integrations with the TriNet platform. They will have in‑depth technical knowledge of product integration technologies, identity and access management, APIs, and cloud architecture, coupled with a solid understanding of delivering to customer and business expectations and requirements. The TriNet platform integrates with an ecosystem of third‑party systems, including Accounting Systems, ERPs, Identity Management systems, Application Tracking, and more. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the product to the next level, thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, agile environment, has a thirst for learning, and loves working with a great technology team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Create and refine the vision and strategy for our Integration products for partners and clients
  • Identify and document product and business requirements from concept to production.
  • Develop product and generate product requirements, determine specifications, build and manage roadmaps, work with partners to drive implementation.
  • Build and deliver an integration product roadmap with a specific emphasis on providing clear ROI to customers and defining sustainable competitive differentiation
  • Identify market opportunities to onboard new partners to our Integration Ecosystem, launch new integrations and APIs, sunset existing Integrations and APIs, and expand our Integration and API features
  • Oversee feature prioritization for the Integration Ecosystem and API product, and keep the initiatives running on time within an agile development environment
  • Prioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits, while keeping orderly and handling ongoing feature and bug requests.
  • Work with Integration partners, customers, and internal stakeholders inside and outside to develop a deep understanding of user needs, behavior, and metrics, looking for ways to improve key product metrics and our user experience
  • Work with technical writing and marketing to produce public-facing documentation including Integration Guides, FAQs etc. outlining integrations products, benefits, and usage
  • Collaborate with our compliance/infosec, marketing, business partners, and operations teams to coordinate significant product launches
  • Work directly with Product Leadership to shape the long‑term product and business direction
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, Master's preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • Typically 5+ years Experience in Product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst required
  • Typically 5+ years Demonstrated experience in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value preferred
Skills And Abilities
  • Technical product management experience in a hands‑on environment with integration and authentication technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, REST, Web Services and APIs, API Gateway, JSON, SSO, SAML, Open ID Connect, Oauth 2.0, and OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Experience building integrations and APIs by partnering with 3rd party developers and customers or building app ecosystems/marketplaces.
  • Uses process and metrics-driven product management approach
  • Strong strategic thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of successful cross‑functional product launches
  • Ability to communicate with, build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead and manage projects and facilitate team interactions effectively, including successfully handling conflict and competing priorities
  • Produces results in a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication, written and oral, and presentation skills (Advanced proficiency)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS)

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
