Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital, software, automotive or related fields.
• Experience owning customer-facing products across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate research and data into measurable product outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for in-vehicle setup.
• Own the in-vehicle setup journey from sign-in to profile completion and beyond.
• Partner with mobile, web, identity, privacy, and connected-services teams.
• Translate customer research and business priorities into clear requirements.
• Lead discovery and prioritization for setup capabilities like onboarding and pairing.
• Define experiences for successful and deferment paths, retries, and cross-session resumes.
• Establish KPIs: setup completion, activation, pairing, time to completion, adoption, satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, legal, and privacy to ensure quality and compliance.
• Align with vehicle program milestones, software releases, and launches.
• Drive launch planning, rollout strategy, issue triage, and post-launch learning.
