Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own the strategy and roadmap for Commercial Property & Casualty insurance products in a hybrid Alpharetta, GA environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business leaders to deliver capabilities that address carrier needs and market opportunities, mentor teams, and influence senior leadership while traveling minimally (<5%).

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience or relevant Commercial Property Casualty experience.
• Proven success leading product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management, including launches and enhancements.
• Strong ability to build deep customer relationships driving discussions on strategy, market needs, and product direction.
• Extensive experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, carrier operations, underwriting workflows, policy lifecycleProcesses, and market dynamics.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, agents, or industry partners to identify market opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to translate trends and regulatory considerations into actionable product strategies and business outcomes.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Insurance/Risk Management, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for Commercial P&C insurance products.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand use cases, market trends, and regulatory impacts.
• Use data, KPIs, and feedback to prioritize opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Lead product launches, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle strategies with Sales and Marketing.
• Own product development from strategy through release, translating needs into requirements.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional team members to achieve business goals.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; apply structured problem-solving and guide others.
