Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Secrets Management to own the end-to-end lifecycle of vaulting platforms such as CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault and cloud services.

You'll partner with cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and risk teams to define vision, manage roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure security, resiliency and compliance across IAM/PAM environments in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within enterprise technology environments.
• Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on product leadership experience with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault.

Responsibilities

• Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain.
• Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams.
• Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non‑personnel expenses.
• Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.
• Own the product vision and multi‑year roadmap for enterprise secrets management and vaulting platforms.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, intake, prioritization, delivery, release, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary product owner for CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and external cloud vaulting services.
• Lead demand intake for new features, integrations, and enhancements, translating business and security needs into clear product requirements.
