Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management within enterprise tech.
• Deep IAM and PAM expertise with security-focused ownership.
• Hands-on leadership with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault.
• Experience translating security needs into product features.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for vaulting platforms.
• Communicate the vision and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.
• Manage budgets and align business capabilities to products.
• Ensure product availability with demand and capacity planning.
• Develop business cases for new features and platform enhancements.
• Lead feature demand intake and translate needs into requirements.
• Oversee releases and platform upgrades with engineering teams.
• Define and track KPIs for availability, adoption, and security.
