Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Identity Secrets Management to drive end-to-end vaulting platform strategies and roadmaps. You will work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable vaulting across CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud services.

You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to release, collaborating with stakeholders and executives to deliver secure, compliant, and high‑availability vaulting capabilities in

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership in enterprise tech.
• Deep expertise in IAM and PAM.
• Hands-on leadership with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault.
• Understanding of secrets management, credential lifecycle, key management.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans for security/infrastructure platforms.
• Translate security/compliance/engineering requirements into product features.
• Experience in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate vision and roadmap for the program based on customer needs and strategic direction.
• Communicate program vision and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.
• Oversee budgets with finance partners for personnel and expenses.
• Define business capabilities and align them to products.
• Ensure product availability with demand and capacity planning.
• Develop business cases for new products and features.
• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for vaulting platforms.
• Inspire end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, intake, prioritization, delivery and release.
• Act as primary product owner for CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud vaulting services.
• Lead demand intake for new features and integrations.
• Plan and execute releases, upgrades, and platform expansions.
• Define and track product KPIs: availability, adoption, automation, security, resiliency.
• Align with IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, ITDR strategies.
• Collaborate with risk, audit, and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and licensing strategy.
• Serve as executive-facing contact for vaulting strategy and outcomes.
