Job summary

Bank of America seeks a senior security leader to drive privileged access management and secrets integration across enterprise applications. You will partner with security, development, infrastructure, and API teams to design secure onboarding and scalable delivery models for CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.

The role requires extensive experience in PAM, application security, and enterprise-grade security programs, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading security, IAM, PAM or secrets management initiatives in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault and related PAM concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure and API teams on secure integration patterns.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Detail-oriented with governance, delivery discipline and scalable execution practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault across application portfolios.
• Develop onboarding plans, roadmaps, and milestones to accelerate platform adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across application, infrastructure, security, product, and platform teams.
• Track metrics, risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure execution discipline.
