Job summary

Bank of America in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Secrets Management to own end-to-end lifecycle of vaulting platforms including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud vaulting services. You will define vision, manage roadmaps, and coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and risk teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations.

Role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution with vendor engagements.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership in enterprise tech.
Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Hands-on leadership with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault.
Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans for security or infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

Generate vision and roadmap for the program based on business needs and regulatory trends.
Communicate the program vision to stakeholders and teams.
Oversee budgets with finance partners for personnel and non-personnel expenses.
Own product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement and releases.
Lead vendor engagement and define value through platform capabilities.
