Bank of America in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Secrets Management to own end-to-end lifecycle of vaulting platforms including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud vaulting services. This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
The Senior Product Manager - Identity Secrets Management is accountable for the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of enterprise vaulting technologies. This includes defining product vision, managing roadmaps, overseeing releases, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence across CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud‑based secrets management platforms (e.g., Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager).
The role partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, cloud engineering, and risk/compliance teams to ensure vaulting platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Acting as the primary product owner, this role balances strategic outcomes with hands‑on execution, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communication.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$135,000.00 - $217,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
