Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with senior-level Product Management experience in enterprise environments, ownership of roadmap, feature definition, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience managing multiple products or complex enterprise product portfolios and translating challenges into scalable solutions.
• Ability to connect insights across multiple data sources to solve core business problems and drive data-driven decision making.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions, including planning experiments and primary research.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for multiple products and large initiatives.
• Manage product backlogs by prioritizing work based on user needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop deep understanding of business and product areas, including relevant data to inform decisions.
• Define product requirements by identifying gaps and user needs and creating clear vision documents.
• Utilize data or new research to uncover user needs and run experiments to validate value.
