Job summary

Stonebranch is seeking a Product Manager to own the UAC roadmap and translate market needs into prioritized initiatives across Workload Automation, Cloud, and Data Pipeline automation. You will drive alignment with stakeholders and lead go-to-market efforts.

You will collaborate with AI-enabled engineering teams to define requirements, assess AI opportunities, and launch new capabilities in SaaS and private cloud environments. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
10-15 years of professional experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
5+ years with Workload Automation or related enterprise IT automation domains.
Direct experience with Workload Automation, Job Scheduling, or SOAP; MFT familiarity is a plus.
Experience with SaaS and private/hybrid cloud delivery models, including subscription licensing.
Familiarity with applying AI/GenAI in a product, and working alongside AI-assisted development teams.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and core PM tradecraft.
Comfort using product analytics and telemetry data to inform roadmap decisions.
Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy frameworks is a plus for cross-border collaboration.
Strong customer- and partner-facing presence and ability to build trusted relationships.
Able to represent product strategy externally during meetings, conferences, webinars.
Effective cross-functional collaboration across sales, pre-sales, marketing, services, and support.
Clear communicator translating technical direction to executives and hands-on users.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for UAC, translating market opportunities and feedback into prioritized initiatives across WLA, Cloud, Data Pipeline automation, and real-time orchestration.
Contribute to the strategic product plan — positioning, competitive strengths/weaknesses, and portfolio evolution.
Analyze competitive dynamics and win/loss trends to sharpen product direction and inform go-to-market messaging.
Identify where AI can create new UAC capabilities, not just accelerate delivery of existing plans.
Partner with engineering teams using AI coding assistants to translate product vision into actionable requirements.
Evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation technologies for potential to extend the UAC portfolio.
Lead the launch of new UAC capabilities and rollout of new versions to market (SaaS and private cloud).
Define and prioritize product requirements within Agile cycles, gathering input from customers and SMEs.
Represent UAC strategy to customers in small groups, conferences, and webinars.
Partner across sales, pre-sales, marketing, services, and support to align product direction with GTM.
Communicate business value of the UAC portfolio to executives and hands-on users.
Address complex customer situations and escalations with product expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
10-15 years of professional experience in product management or a closely related discipline
5+ years of experience specifically with Workload Automation (WLA) or adjacent enterprise IT automation domains, either in a Product Management capacity or an adjacent function such as Sales or Services
Direct experience with Workload Automation, Job Scheduling, or Service Orchestration & Automation Platforms (SOAP); familiarity with Managed File Transfer (MFT) is a plus given the breadth of the Stonebranch platform
Experience with SaaS and private/hybrid cloud delivery models, including subscription‑based licensing
Familiarity with applying AI/GenAI capabilities within a product offering, and experience working alongside engineering teams that use AI‑assisted development tools to define and build new capabilities
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and core PM tradecraft — requirements definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
Comfort using product analytics and usage/telemetry data to inform roadmap and licensing decisions
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks such as GDPR is a plus, given close collaboration with EU‑based teams, partners, and clients
Strong customer- and partner‑facing presence, with the ability to build trusted‑advisor relationships
Comfortable representing product strategy externally during customer meetings, conferences, webinars, etc.
Effective cross‑functional collaborator across sales, pre‑sales, marketing, services, and support
