Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next generation of regulatory communications and digital shareholder engagement solutions. You will own product strategy from discovery through launch, translating regulatory changes and client needs into scalable capabilities for asset managers, issuers, and intermediaries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, regulatory technology, or capital markets.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business, regulatory, or client requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, operations, legal, compliance, UX, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, business case development, prioritization, and execution.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and gathering market, client, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to clients and senior executives.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating tradeoffs related to client value, implementation effort, risk, and time to market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications.
• Identify market opportunities created by regulatory change, evolving client needs and new technologies.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Build business cases that quantify revenue potential, client value, operational savings, implementation effort and product risk.
• Establish clear product priorities, success measures and investment recommendations.
• Lead products from concept through design, development, pilot, launch and ongoing optimization.
• Convert market and client needs into product requirements, user journeys and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with technology, UX, operations, legal, compliance and information security teams to deliver solutions.
